Creating an impressive vinyl display shed is not a simple task, however, Mesh Direct was prepared to turn JWLand’s display shed into a modern and refined space. The purpose of this vinyl display shed was to showcase JWLand’s proposal for their new townhouse development in Watson ACT. We’re renowned for our varied signage solutions that we offer to our clients, and we were thrilled to be able to transform JWLand’s display shed.

JWLand is a renowned Australian property development company. With their mission being focused on creating buildings that have a lasting value to the community, we knew that we had to create a great display shed to showcase JWLand’s impressive proposal for their new development.

Vinyl Display Shed

Transforming a vinyl display shed

One of the key factors for ensuring that this display shed would come together well was to check that the walls of the display shed were painted with teflon free paint. If the walls were painted with regular paint, the self adhesive vinyl would not have stuck to the walls properly. Another issue was ensuring that the size of the vinyl signage to be installed in the display shed was accurate before they went to print. The vinyl signage appears 3D when installed, so in order to really take effect when viewed by the public, these images needed to be just the right size to showcase JWLand’s development.

We needed to prevent these factors from becoming an added challenge for us when creating the vinyl display shed. Therefore, we asked the client to ensure that the walls are coated with teflon free paint at least two days prior to the installation. This ensures that the self adhesive signage does not peel off the wall and the signs remain in place for the best visual effect. We also made sure to print the vinyl signage to the right size of the display shed walls to meet our deadline. Additionally, we installed a 440gsm vinyl on the exterior of the display shed with sailtrack to showcase the name of JWLand’s project, creating an eye-catching feature to attract any passerby.

JWLand was more than happy with their vinyl display shed and it beautifully showcased their townhouse development project. With another vinyl display shed in the works with JWLand, we look forward to continuing our work together.
