We’re catching up with Sales + Customer Service Executive Stephen Henry to learn more about his background, what inspires him, and life outside of the office.
Stephen Henry: After many years working in print and mail, I was fortunate to discover Mesh Direct — a company operating in a niche market with a truly unique product offering. It’s been a refreshing change, and I’m proud to now be part of such a supportive team and forward-thinking business.
Stephen Henry: I really enjoy the team camaraderie — everyone supports each other and works together to get the job done. There’s something really satisfying about seeing a project flow smoothly from start to finish, and then watching our work come to life once it’s installed. It’s a great feeling knowing we’ve helped bring someone’s vision into the real world.
Stephen Henry: I love spending quality time with my family — especially over a good coffee at a sunny café. When I’m not doing that, you’ll usually find me pottering around the garden or cheering on my beloved St. Kilda. Win or lose, I never miss a game!
Stephen Henry: No real favourite restaurant or bar but I do enjoy China Doll, Columbo Social and when it comes to pubs the Victoria in Annandale or White Cockatoo in Petersham.
Stephen Henry: Keira is an absolute character. We thought he was a lady budgie but later discovered he was a boy, the name stuck regardless! He’s full of personality and loves nothing more than flying laps around the room. He’s super vocal too — always chatting away, whistling tunes, and throwing in the odd word he’s picked up. Life’s definitely never dull with Keira around!
