Parkview Constructions are a well-established company, with many developments across New South Wales and a range of diverse clients and partners. When they reached out to Mesh Direct to collaborate on jump form for their challenging Granville Place site, we really appreciated the opportunity to design and plan out-of-the-box solutions to a very specific set of conditions. Stimulating and engaging projects seem to bring out the best in Mesh Direct’s team of experts!
This site was a tough nut to crack—multiple jump forms needed to be installed in a very tight area. Four columns, multiple faces and limited crane access made this one exhilarating project! Additionally, the site was also a bustling and fast-paced environment. Any lengthy manufacture and installation processes would have caused severe disruptions to the daily work-flow.
Mesh Direct rose to the challenge. Vinyl banners were chosen for the project because of their durability and high print quality. The bold design would remain vibrant, clean and impactful for the entire construction process.
The main body of the planning, designing, manufacturing, pre-drilling and pre-cutting processes were conducted off-site. This required careful scoping-out and measuring of the site, as there would only be one chance to get our dimensions right.
Once the jump forms were ready to go, two teams worked fringe hours on-site to reduce disruptions to the site’s daily activity. Each tower was built in one day!
The towers were designed to be visible from the major arterial roads, ensuring maximum impact and exposure. The result is an impressive union of form and function, with eye-catching branding and a high-quality substrate coming together to transform this construction site into a marketing dream.
